    Preparing For Motherhood

    Before baby arrives, Rooted Beginnings sessions help you prepare for newborn life and the fourth trimester. This is your space to bring questions, calm fears, and prepare for this next chapter with clarity and confidence. Whether this is your first baby or your fourth, no two experiences are the same, so we co-create one that honors your values, your rhythm and your real life. From bedrest support, nursery flow design to product recommendations and feeding plans, we will cover infant behavior expectations, postpartum recovery, and all your breastfeeding/pumping questions. So you feel informed, confident and ready to grow into parenthood.

    After the Arrival

    This is Where You Bloom

    This service is centered on supporting you and your baby with a gentle approach as you transition home. Together, we’ll focus on nurturing secure connections and laying the foundation for healthy development. I’ll guide you through safe sleep practices, responsive feeding and soothing strategies that support your baby’s regulation such as skin to skin bonding and other containment techniques. We will also explore your baby’s unique communication cues and rhythms, helping you feel more confident in understanding their needs. Older siblings can be supported in building positive, loving bonds as they welcome the new baby, and I’ll share simple techniques that promote comfort and smoother daily transitions.

    Cradle Concierge

    Cradle Concierge  offers specialized, 1:1 concierge-style care for you, baby and family while you rest, recover or simply take a breath. 

    This in-home doula service is designed to support you during the tender, often overwhelming early weeks of parenthood. Whether you need a few hours to rest, take a shower, help with baby laundry, meal prep or simply breathe, I’m here to provide a calm, attentive and nurturing environment for your whole family- while also holding space for you. 

    These services reflect not just my time, but the peace of mind that comes from having a medically trained, newborn-savvy, postpartum doula by your side.
